HOW MUCH EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE❓

Choose for your tribes wise, understanding, and experienced men, and I will appoint them as your heads.' Deuteronomy 1:13 ESN

This month, I want to talk about the value of experience. 

How Much Experience Do You Have? The only way you get experience is by going through things. And so, a lot of times we just so hate the things that we are going through that aren't comfortable, but you're never going to learn anything if you run away from all this things. 

Let me say it again, you're never going to learn anything if you run away from everything.

For the anointed one's, been anointed is not for easy life, we're anointed for hard.

So, How Much Experience Do You Have?

Well, you know, if you're 40years, you've got more experience than you had when you were 30years, or more experience than you had when you were 20 years, likewise the stay of like, I don't want to say any of my experiences here but I think you also have experience but how much Experience do you have? 

The first question you're probably going to be asked at any employment interview is, "How much experience do you have"? Now, they're probably going to ask you about your education, and there are places that will hire you just based on your education, but beloved, let me tell you something, if you've got education and. experience, now you are seen as being even more valuable. 

As a work abroad job seekers consultant, some employers will even request to employ no experience to train there but I can tell you, they usually first shortlist those with experience before those with no experience.. 

And the good thing is in, God's economy, even if you don't have the brain tissue to know how to do something, if you've got experience with God, he can anoint you to do something. 

No matter how educated you are, don't put all your dependence on that.

How much experience do you have? 

You know, God's looking for the same thing.? 

I believe that God is always looking for people to promote. Did you hear me? And not just to promote in ministry, God wants to promote believers, his children into positions and companies and out in the world because we are the head and not the tail, above and not beneath. And God wants people not just that have education, but have wisdom and experience with him to be in positions of authority so they can lead his people right. 

How amazing do you think this nation would… be if every leader that we had was somebody who knew the word and had a lot of personal experience with God?

Well, God looks for the same thing.

in Deuteronomy 1:13. Moses was at the point where he said, God, look, I can't do this all by myself, am getting weak, tired, fed up. I can't carry all these people by myself. You got to give me some help. And look at what God said to him, Choose wise, understanding, experienced, and respected men according to your tribes, and I will make them heads over you.

In Deuteronomy 1:15, So I took the heads of your tribes, wise, experienced, and respected men. 

But do you know what? I looked and I don't find the word "Talented" in this list.

He doesn't say, Go find somebody talented. He said, Find me somebody that's wise, that's discerning, that has understanding, and that has experience. That's somebody that I can use. 

So, really the good thing is, is nobody in this room is disqualified from being used greatly by God if you will really just go through and get life's experiences, and not just moan and groan through every one of them, but actually get something out of each one, and let it teach you something.

Education is good, don't misquote me, but wisdom is a whole lot better.

You know, Joseph had a dream, but before he saw his dream fulfilled, he had to get a lot of experience. 

I want you to think about this. Why is it that God gives us a dream or a vision, or he puts something in our heart, but then we may not see it come to pass for years and years and years?

Why❓

It because it's not enough just to have a gift/talent or even just a call from God. You have to have experience. 

Joseph went through a lot of hard things. And the experience that I'm talking about getting today doesn't all come easy.  

We can't get the kind of experience that we need to really be used mightily by God if everything in our life feels good all the time and we never really have to deal with anything.

You know what? With all my effort I didn't get  it right to go to university, but I've gone to the university of life, whereby many think am a graduate with the great work God is using me for. Therefore when you're going through life, you can be mentored and schooled by the Holy Spirit.

Do you believe that everything that you going through, something good can come out of it if you'll let it comes out. 

Hmmmmmm

Now, nobody loves going through hard times, but we can learn to have a different attitude toward them. 

You know Moses was called by God, and he knew it for a long, long time. And he stepped out really before God released him just out of emotional feeling or let me call it passion outside of God's will, which we all have a tendency to do.

You know, he killed an Egyptian, and then somebody saw him, and he knew he was going to get into trouble, so he ran out into the wilderness, and lived 40 years out there in the wilderness. And then finally God said, "Okay, now you're qualified"

In the wilderness of life you are right now, you are there to have more experience for better tomorrow, don't take it as evil and I pray God will take you out of every wilderness of life today in Jesus mighty name.. 

Take time to gather up the past so that you will be able to draw from your Experience and invest them in the Future.

Small word is enough for the wise..!
