WHO IS MSSN. ADELEKE O. OLUWATOBI?
My name is Mssn. Adeleke O. Oluwatobi. I am a Nigerian Missionary, Pastor, Entrepreneur, Travel Consultant, Teacher, Author, Musician, Community Leader, Youth Development Advocate, and Lecturer, with a strong passion for serving God, empowering people, developing communities, creating opportunities, and positively impacting lives.
I am the Founder and President of Christ Disciples Evangelical Fellowship Worldwide (CDEF Fellowship), an interdenominational Christian fellowship committed to evangelism, discipleship, prayer, Christian education, soul winning, youth empowerment, community outreach, and the propagation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
I also serve as the General Overseer of CDEF Mercy Tabernacle, Abuja, FCT, and CDEF Mercy Tabernacle, OUI, Ile-Ife, Osun State, where I provide spiritual leadership, pastoral guidance, teaching, prayer, discipleship, and evangelistic direction.
I am also a Lecturer at CDEF School of Evangelism (CDEFSOE), where I contribute to the training and development of individuals who desire to understand Christian evangelism, discipleship, biblical principles, ministry, and effective service in the Kingdom of God. Through teaching and mentorship, I am passionate about equipping believers to become effective witnesses for Christ and responsible Christian leaders.
By the grace of God, CDEF Fellowship has both online and offline branches across many states in Nigeria and in the Republic of Benin, with members and followers in several African countries, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Caribbean countries. The fellowship continues to promote Christian faith, evangelism, discipleship, prayer, spiritual development, and practical service to humanity.
My passion for ministry is rooted in my belief that the Gospel of Jesus Christ should go beyond the walls of a church building and become relevant to people's everyday lives. I am passionate about winning souls, raising disciples, strengthening believers, encouraging young people, and reaching communities with the message of salvation, hope, faith, and transformation.
Beyond my pastoral and missionary work, I am an entrepreneur and business leader. I am the CEO of Victory Food Enterprises, where we are involved in organic food production and farming activities. I am passionate about agriculture, food production, and contributing to a healthier and more sustainable society through productive farming and food-related enterprise.
I am also the Director/Managing Director of MOS KONSULTANT, a travel and overseas employment consultancy involved in travel consultancy, recruitment, overseas employment assistance, study-abroad guidance, visa assistance, tourism and conference packages, business consulting, travel documentation, and other related professional services.
For me, business is not only about making profit. I genuinely love what I do. I enjoy connecting with people, helping people, solving problems, creating opportunities, learning new things, and seeing people make progress in their lives. My passion for my work is one of the reasons I continue to explore different areas of entrepreneurship and professional service.
I am also actively involved in youth and community affairs. I am a member of the Yoruba Youth Council (YYC) and a member of the United Nations Youth Association Nigeria (UNYA-NG). I believe strongly in youth participation, leadership development, social responsibility, empowerment, and community advancement.
I am always open to volunteer roles, volunteer work, humanitarian activities, community service, and opportunities to contribute positively to people's lives. I believe that we should not always wait to be paid before we make a difference. Sometimes, our knowledge, time, skills, experience, presence, and willingness to serve can become a blessing to someone else.
One of the things I value greatly is service to humanity. I enjoy being part of initiatives where I can contribute my time, knowledge, energy, or resources toward making someone's life better. I believe that meaningful impact is not always measured in money; sometimes, it is measured by the hope we give, the person we encourage, the opportunity we create, or the life we help transform.
I also have a strong love for stories and storytelling. I love hearing people's experiences, learning from different journeys, understanding different perspectives, and sharing meaningful experiences with others. I believe every person has a story, and every journey carries lessons that can inspire someone else.
Another thing I genuinely love is travelling. Travelling allows me to discover new places, meet different people, experience different cultures, learn new things, and see the world from different perspectives. By the grace of God, I have been privileged to travel to some neighbouring African countries around Nigeria, and I look forward to exploring more countries and cultures as the journey continues.
I am also passionate about teaching, writing, music, knowledge sharing, personal development, leadership, entrepreneurship, travel, Christian ministry, and community development. Through my ministry, businesses, and social-media platforms, I share content, experiences, opportunities, lessons, and ideas that I believe can add value to people's lives.
My work cuts across different areas of life, but my central philosophy remains simple:
SERVE GOD. SERVE HUMANITY. CREATE VALUE. IMPACT LIVES.
I do not claim to know everything, and I am still learning, growing, building, and becoming better every day. I believe life is a continuous journey of learning, service, purpose, and impact.
I believe that true success is not measured only by personal achievements, wealth, titles, or recognition. For me, success is also measured by the lives positively affected, people empowered, opportunities created, souls reached, leaders raised, communities touched, and positive legacy left behind.
My vision is to see individuals discover their God-given purpose, young people become responsible leaders, communities experience positive transformation, legitimate opportunities reach the right people, and the Gospel of Jesus Christ reach more people across Nigeria, Africa, and the world.
I welcome opportunities to serve, collaborate, volunteer, learn, teach, travel, create, build, and contribute wherever my presence or expertise can make a positive difference.
At the end of my journey, my greatest desire is not to be celebrated for what I have achieved, but to know that, by the grace of God, my life was useful in His hands.
I want to be remembered for the lives I was privileged to touch, the people I was able to encourage, the souls I was able to reach, the opportunities I was able to create, and the good I was able to do—not for my own glory, but to the glory of God.
Whatever impact my life makes, I give God the glory, because I believe that every gift, opportunity, strength, and success comes from Him.
